Milk Frother
What have I done to make everyone in my family feel less confined to the house? I ordered the ingredients off of the internet to make bubble tea, and I have learned how to make it. I was trying to blend matcha into milk by hand but kept getting little pockets of green tea powder that just wouldn’t mix in. Both the stand and the hand mixer were just too big for this. What would mix a single cup that was easy to maneuver and clean? I remembered a small handheld battery operated milk frother that my mother-in-law uses to froth the milk for her morning coffee.
The only thing was, I didn’t have one. I called my mother-in-law to get information, She has had several different brands over the years, and they all worked for her. After I explained how my hands were a bid awkward lately, we decided I needed one that could sit on the counter with a stand that I wouldn’t continuously flip over. Since my birthday was coming up, she decided to send me one.
I have realized that this tool is good for many things. I have used it to mix the matcha into cold milk, but I have used it to mix many other things. It isn’t strong enough to do a larger volume or anything too thick, but I have used it to mix scrambled eggs and dressings. It takes up very little counter space and is easy for me to rinse. I just rinse the mixing end in hot water immediately after I use it, and I rarely have to do anything else with it. Best of all, the milk frother is saving me from tiring out my hands and does a better job than what I can do right now.
